Catalog questions
Answers to common questions about browsing, pack references, guide reading and the current catalog.
Can I order a product online?
Online ordering is unavailable. Product pages currently provide catalog references.
How should I start browsing?
Use the dog or cat directory, choose a care area, or search for an exact product name or SKU.
What is a SKU?
A SKU identifies a catalog entry or pack. It is not a dosage or a substitute for the product label.
Does a care category make products interchangeable?
No. Categories are navigation aids. Products can differ in name, ingredients, formulation, strength and intended animal.
Why can one product have several pack options?
Different strengths or presentations can belong to one product listing. Selecting an option updates the displayed pack and SKU; it does not select a treatment.
Does each pack have its own photograph?
A separate verified photograph is not available for every presentation. Where one image represents several packs, the product page identifies it as a packaging reference.
Why is there no selling price?
This is a catalog-only website. Prices, stock and supply conditions have not been confirmed for online ordering.
Where are medicine instructions?
Use the current manufacturer label and the instructions from your veterinarian. The catalog does not provide individual dosing instructions.
How do I find an article?
Use the guide-library topics or search for a product name, label question or care topic. A guide is general reading, not an individual treatment plan.
Can I send a prescription or a medical record?
Do not send prescriptions, medical records or payment information through the general product-question form. Submissions are currently closed.
Are shipping and returns available?
Online ordering is currently closed. Our launch delivery policy is dispatch from Shenzhen, China, with free worldwide shipping. Item availability, destination requirements, delivery estimates and return terms will be stated before orders open. Read shipping and returns for the current details.
Who should answer a treatment question?
Ask your veterinarian about symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, product suitability and prescription instructions.
